GameStop - 5737 - Walker Plaza

Everything is great Except the prices, especially with Pokémon. Lots of stock, but very few are being bought due to the expensive price which is extremely higher than market value. 😒 Only scalpers can afford these prices.

Came here after an awful experience at the Siegen location, and Blake is awesome! He was so kind, professional, and fun to chat to. I don't mind making the trip to Walker to deal with nice employees. Never going back to Seigen again.

I went to buy a Lucas super smash bros ameba like the dude who says pk fire. And it was closed 4 minutes early. I licked window to showed I cared and I really wanted to but it but the one employee couldn’t wait 4 minutes to close. I will to come back tomorrow to get it. But I have a bad first impression. Do better GameStop. Do better

This GameStop made me cancel my membership of 16 years, If your not friends with the people who work here , they are not goin to help you, or be nice to you in any kind of way, if you don’t fit the agenda you get treated differently in here. Besides the fact of GameStop already scalping on prices with Pokemon cards , I’m pretty sure the guys who work here help all the scalpers , and are apart of the scalpers themselves lol .. so don’t ever plan on getting Pokemon cards with your kids here because the GameStop workers will just laugh at you , I just recently bought a new controller , it was damaged .. and I got handed a used controller as a refund , That’s company policy now …. That’s a joke .. you’ll be better off for your gaming needs at best buy in Hammond or somthing , that’s where I was forced to move on to

I bought a Dekku Roman bowl when I got home without a hairline crack in the bowl going from one end to the other tried to return the bowl and was told that he didn’t know if we were the ones that broke the bone so he would not honor our return. He accuse me of breaking the bowl and calling me a liar and proceeds to tell me he mad (nice word) at me and got on the phone and was able to get a document that Laura to return the bowl to another store. Just go to another store!!
