Had a great experience as always but today went above and beyond I came in to trade an old game system in good condition with some games and not only did they give me an amazing trade in value they also enlighten me on a pre-order deal that got my son's game pre-ordered for his birthday they help me figure out how to get back into my Pro since I was having issues signing in and even suggested a place I could go to find something else I was looking for Gio and Vince definitely went above and beyond while multitasking with other customers and job duties. Ill be back soon just for the experience!

GameStop truly has become a joke of a company. The second time I’ve had an issue with PS5 controllers and being able to swap them out (with a warranty purchased). The first time around they told me I had to replace my controller from when I purchased my PS5 with a preowned controller. I swallowed my frustration and swapped it for a preowned controller. So now with this pre-owned controller (within 6 months) the rubber pieces came off. Manager says the rubber parts of a controller aren’t covered with warranty because it’s “damage.” Contacted Customer Service, they said the store should have replaced it. So now I’m out $15 of a warranty I didn’t need, and out a $70 controller. Needless to say, don’t buy warranties at GameStop because it is a scam.

I had an amazing experience at this GameStop thanks to Tori hope i spelled your name correctly. She went above and beyond anything I expected patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to find someone who puts in that level of effort. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back. GameStop is lucky to have an employee like this!

Sold my husband a “refurbished” Nintendo switch. I’m alleging they sold us a fraudulent unit. We have had it for 45 days and the charging port stopped working. Took it back to discuss options and they offered to buy it back for $30. I decided we would just get the port repaired. Upon opening the unit up…there is no way this was refurbished in any way. The first set of screws are severely corroded and show no sign of ever being removed so that the unit could be looked at and/or diagnosed. The General Manager and a man named Geo were not helpful either. The serial number has been removed, can is full of cat hair and dust. Even if you are short on cash…Walmart, target and Amazon all sell these WITH a warranty period greater than 15 days.
