GameStop - 5601 - Alabaster Shopping Center

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! They don't follow their regular business hours. The sales clerk will close for 30 minutes at random times. Called the store and the corporate office (which is apparently overseas because they don't speak English) to complain, and they don't care.

Don't place online pick orders here I placed an online order for pick up thinking it would be reserved. I went to bed, woke up the next day and drove to the store. It hadn't even been 12 hours after I purchased it. I got there and the clerk said my order was cancelled because it was the last copy. I didn't get an email that my order was cancelled before, it arrived two days late, and the website didn't warn me about this either. Apparently the manager has unofficial policies that are anti consumer and break trust with the customer. Otherwise this location is fine, though I also had an issue where it took more than 5 minutes standing in line because the clerk was less concerned about doing his job and more concerned about conversing with his friend, taking his sweet time to process her business & talking very casually rather than being quick to help other customers. Not the most professional. It's not a horrible game stop, but the online order situation is unacceptable.

Milo is amazing worker not only did she stay 11 extra minutes dealing with me and my friends, she even held conversations with us

I wanted to give it -10 I was told that he had 10 minutes left so I waited and he went to the back to never come back so I left and took my business to Walmart sad😥

Friendly employees. Store clean. New and used games, consoles, and accessories. Now buying trading cards. Decent prices.
