They always answer me honest and never try to upscale or make an extra sale , and man people need that kind of peace of mind these days. No one pushy until outside of dollar tree lol. Non the less thank you game stop for actualy still being a thing. It's necessary. And I approve this message

It's not even game focused anymore. It's all plushies and keychains and Funko Pops and other game related merch. Everything is overpriced. I was in the store a good 10-15 minutes because I hadn't visited in awhile. Employees did not great me nor did anyone ask if I needed help finding anything. There were 2 employees and at one point I was the only customer in the store, so it wasn't busy at all. Overheard one employee on the phone asking if Pokémon GO Plus + was a video game. It's Pokémon, have you heard of it? Not that you have to play games to work there, but I guess this guy missed the Pokémon GO craze entirely. Also, it's Pokémon. If it's not a plushie, it's probably a game. You know, the main thing the franchise is associated with. So I guess there no requirements to be up to date on game knowledge to work here, which seems a little odd. The store is small and cramped and many products sit right by the window, getting ruined and sun faded as the front of the store is glass. Feels like the windows should be covered to avoid the store getting too hot and prevent merchandise from being damaged.

Terrible management. I’ve been in a couple times and never had good experiences with a man named “Bobby” who is apparently a manager of some sort. Notably, Bobby made it a very uncomfortable atmosphere making comments about my body to his coworkers that I could hear and on a separate occasion was also joking about inappropriate things/spreading personal information of other employees for everyone to hear. For example he joked about his coworker being in a poly relationship and it seemed to make Bobby’s coworker uncomfortable (I didn’t get the name but he had black hair and a stubble and was around 5’8). I seriously don’t understand how a man like that works there with how unprofessional he is and making a joke of his coworkers to almost make him look better or something. Never coming back in again.

Doesn't answer phones. Worse customer service experience you will ever have. People who work there behind the counter who are talking to friends, but can't help because they're technically off the clock. Assuming no one answers the phone because they know they can't handle a simple transaction like that or they might have a panic attack. The teenager who ignored helping me as I waiting in line said to go to Kingman after I asked a simple question if anyone answers the phones. Then she had a mental breakdown and I thought I was at Gamestop not a daycare. Will not return to the insane asylum named Gamestop.

I don’t stop in often, but every time I do, the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman behind the counter during my last visit went out of his way to help us find a specific game, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to see great customer service still alive in retail — thank you for making it easy and enjoyable!
