GameStop - 5567 - Millington

Chris helped me with every question I had. He was very patient and professional. Seems like he is helping the Millington location get back in good order.

This GameStop has some good merchandise and games. The BEST place to get Pokémon cards if you want them to hold value.

Traded in my switch 1 and directly asked the guy if I needed to do anything else before trading in specifically mentioning Pokemon. I was not aware that saved game data does not transfer without the old console. Lost years of pokemon across multiple games. Feel like that should have been mentioned before walking out the door. Never going to a gamestop again.

Brand new x box elite series 2 Controller was bad. Returned it and was told if the one received was bad I wouldn't be able to get another. So brand new out of the box if it were bad not able to return it . Never again.

Ever since I started going to this GameStop, it's been the best experience! Yeah, their prices are a little high on some things, but they have no control over what corporate does. The staff there is very friendly and always helpful! They always have a good selection and most of the time they're never sold out. Their MTG and Pokemon events are pretty awesome too! Hands down the best GameStop in Shelby County!
