GameStop - 5550 - Natomas Marketplace

Call before you go in case they're closed. Unfortunately, it was closed when I arrived at 11:45am with a sign on the door that they would open at noon. I waited along with several others in the parking lot until about 12:10pm before going to Best Buy instead.

The manager today has great customer service and the sales lady was great with all my questions. They want to be there. I think that’s what it is.

You can preorder a game but they lose it in less than a day. There are cameras but no one seemed interested in figuring out where the box went. So replacing the product with a game code on a receipt isn't really the same thing. Apparently this is the second time they've done this. Are the employees stealing it for themselves?

They hung up on me! I asked for help with my xbox one and this lady said we dont offer technical support over the phone and i said “well ive called other stores and they have always helped me and she just hung up! No sorry goodbye or anything! I thought that was rude and i would never treat a customer like that at my job! I called another gamestop and of coarse they were super nice and helped me with what i needed help with! I wouldnt trust this place based of my experience!

Bought this wired controller pretty sturdy good feel in hand would definitely buy again
