all the employees here will add the game warranty/insurance and not say anything or take it off unless you catch it and then once you do they hit you with the “it’s not my money” like anyone even wants that anyways. terrible gamestop. this has happened multiple times and is absolutely a terrible business practice.

The cashier. Helped me find exactly what I wanted i might spent a more then I expected. But excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and deserves a raise!

Went to gamestop for the promo card release they were supposed to give out 25 promo pokémon cards, I was 10th in line, and when I asked the guy about the promo cards, he said they gave half of them out at midnight last night and half of them out this morning. I was 10th in line if he gave out 13 the night before and 12. This morning, I would have received one this guy seemed to get all defensive about it. And tried selling highly marked up Pokémon cards would recommend going to goblins of the gorge. They have the chaos rising boxes for 100 boxes for a hundred dollars instead of 110 better customer service over at goblins of the gorge would not recommend going to this game. Stop for any Pokémon cards at all.

I shop here often and always helped by the bigger gentleman and have never had any complaints . Today I was helped by Rose . She answered questions in a very rude manner . Says the system for every GameStop overall is down and has been down for MONTHS so I can’t redeem my pro points , I shop at clackamas and this location often VERY often maybe 3 times in the last month this being my 4th I spend a lot of money at GameStop and always have dollars off through my membership , but she was dismissive and rude for every one of my questions.

Low score for hiring political activists who are wearing 7-8 political pins about their sexuality. This is a GAME store frequented by children. This is grooming behavior. No one should be wearing ANYTHING political whether on the right or the left. I shouldn’t know who you vote for or who you are sleeping with, not the place for this. At first I didn’t mind the political pins but “they/them/their” always seem to have an attitude towards certain demographics and are rude if they assume you’re not an “ally”. I will buy all my new games off Amazon(for way cheaper) and my used games from E-bay(again way cheaper). I really want to support local businesses but as the saying goes……. “GO WOKE, GO BROKE”.
