Horrible company not sure if its the trash branch owner the workers were seem very pushy with their crab membership to sign you up to get your money and personal details and ofc spam the hell your email and phone number, the Pokémon prices are ridiculous outrageous who needs scalpers and scammers when they be selling a tint for 50$ 50% over msrp shame on game stop will not buy from them ever again clownish prices

I have had only 1 positive experience at this location and it was when the store manager helped me. The other employees have been rude and uninformed. I now drive an extra 15 min to go to a different location which is much better. It's really sad because I only live 2 minutes away the Grove City store.

Huge pokemon markup in prices! By 30 to 50 dollars more. Never shopping again and cancelling my membership. Long line. Two workers, one is stocking when not necessary and other is checking someone out with 5 different consoles. Also smelled bad in there like stinky feet and butt. Should be more professional.

Had to wait 30 minutes for this worker to open the cage for this Elite trainer box. Asked several times they said I had to wait eventually went in line to ask. What made me mad was the guy worker opened the cage in front of us and easily could have given us the ETB but closed it fast and went to the register. Then told us to move out the damn way. Then he went on a break and didn’t even look at us. I will not be returning to this location especially with how rude the employees are!
