Was not please with customer service had to wait in a long line. When there's two employees there and then they let a customer cut in front of someone in order to get a purchase instead of waiting in line like everybody. I understand that it can get busy, but you only got one person dealing with the customers and the other one.Not helping out. I wouldn't recommend this location to most of my friends. If I have to come back to this location , I would have to definitely need a game that I can't get anywhere else.

There’s something very odd happening with Pokémon stock at this store. Online, I have placed orders for pickup because I can’t leave work to shop in person for my boys. Every single one has been cancelled. Even when I showed up in person with my kids and showed them that online, it currently tells me how many they have of each product, they hold the product claiming they can’t sell it. Who’s holding the items for themselves?

I placed an online order for in-store pickup, drove to the location, and was then told they couldn’t sell me the console because it was “extremely damaged.” This should have been caught before listing it as available, and it wasted my time and gas. Trying to give them another chance, I placed an order to have the console shipped instead. When it arrived, the Xbox button on the console was broken and wouldn’t press properly. So again, I received a damaged product. What’s worse is that despite these two separate issues—one in-store and one from their warehouse—GameStop has refused to offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. This shows a serious lack of quality control and customer service. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with damaged products twice and then be left without any resolution. I expected much better. I will not be shopping with GameStop again.

I had an amazing experience at the Fontana GameStop location. The manager, Joshua, went above and beyond for us. He was extremely kind and helpful, and he even sold us his own preorder copy of Resident Evil Requiem for PS5 so we wouldn’t miss out. That level of customer care is rare these days. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate him going the extra mile. Thank you, Joshua! ⸻ If you’d like, I can also make a shorter version or one that sounds more formal or more excited.
