The customer service here is awful. The lady that was there today at around 5 was SO rude for absolutely no reason. A customer called asking how much items were she was so rude to them on the phone and then once they hung up was mocking them loudly to her other co worker. That’s your job to help your customers?? She was passive aggressive the whole time with me and my husband during a trade in process, then we purchased a controller and the one she handed me was all scratched up so I asked her if we could get another one that wasn’t so scratched up she replied with “ yeah I don’t even care” WHILE her manager was standing right there. She does not need to work there with no want to be in customer service nor simple manners, if you hate your job that much then LEAVE. Horrible experience.

The store and associates were great and very helpful. But the Rewards customer service is beyond horrible. Definitely not worth the yearly charge.

My son and I went to the GameStop on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville, Florida yesterday to trade in a bunch of items — a Nintendo Switch and games, an Xbox 360 console and games — and purchase an Xbox Series X. We worked with Carian, who was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was thorough, efficient, friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Even with a large trade-in, she stayed organized, worked quickly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. She took the time to help us get the maximum value for our trade-ins and carefully explained the different options available for the new purchase so we could make the best decision without feeling pressured. What really stood out was how professional and personable she was the entire time — she genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. My son and I left very happy with our experience, and I highly recommend asking for Carian if you visit the store!

Everybody here is great and they all know me when i come in store(great customer appreciation) haha. They are always knowledgable in what will and is in stock there and very nice about it too. I always come here to get some pokemon packs and most of the time i go there i am able to get some! The pro membership really helps out when buying products and is fairly priced for like 20 dollars for a whole year and gives you the chance to get more packs than non pro members. Thanks guys! :)
