Store did not update their hours online. Drove an hour to store and could not pick up an order I already paid for because store was closed 2 hours early. Customer service was not helpful in the slightest. Can't change the pickup location to another store or to have it shipped instead.

Don’t come here to sell games unless you have to. I brought 14 games Xbox 360 and Xbox one and they gave me as low as 50 cents per game and I got 8 bucks just sell them online instead

Tried to call about a product potentially in the store, the employee answered, told me to check online and hung up on me

Like working retail myself I understand that there is things they are required to ask and do but rip us off shouldn’t be one of them. Went in to sell a controller for store credit towards a game that was $34 and was told he can “work some magic with $5” tried to add back on the subscription for a year and somehow the total was almost $60. We left cause a scams a scam.

I got here at 11:20 am to a closed store. You lost business today.
