Jay did not honor the xbox 67 sale for me, i was advised that the sale would last 2 weeks. He had people skip me in line and made me wait just to tell me no on the promotion. I even helped get him a sale. This is truly unprofessional and a terrible experience. I will tell all my followers to avoid this store moving forward.

Store have Zero Communication Skills my Online Order got canceled from the Store. They marked it as I didn't picked it up so I lost my Rewards Coupons and also the gift card I paid with will be reissued and MAILED ? so I can't even use it right away again for an shipping order or an other store getting errors by redemption of the OG Giftcard This is 2026 but the Store is acting and communicating like is 1980 and landlines are the only way to communicate but they not even try to call and find a solution. So do not count on this STORE for your pre-order! I will not place an pre order there anytime

The worst GameStop that I’ve ever been in. They have no regard for customer service as well as moving in a fast manner. Basically if I go into the store to complete a trade-in of a device I am pushed off to the side and then a customer who is buying a game is handled before me. If that is a corporate policy it’s a complete bullshit policy.

The guys behind the counter were super friendly and helpful. As a 36 yr old that grew up going to blockbuster and gamestop, I'm glad these stores are still around!

I am new to video games and was lost on what to get. It was crazy busy in the store and Sean helped me and everyone else. It was such a great experience. He made everyone feel special and it was just him. I can't recommend this Gamestop and Sean enough! Give this man a raise!!
