I bought a switch 2 bundle yesterday and tried returning it today. I was told I could not return it since it was bundled with a digital game, even though I never claimed the digital code. There was zero indication of this policy in store, on the merchandise, or verbally at the point of sale. There are many better solutions to simply refusing a return (e.g., taking the cost of the game off the refund) especially when there is zero indication this is a final sale. How is this an acceptable policy?

Wish they would do a ticket system for their more popular drops to prevent people who are cutting in line with others. Other than that, the people here are always really nice and helpful.

I don't know if this is the store that did it, but they're my nearest store so they get the five stars. The same day delivery service is incredibly fast and worth the extra ten dollars, wanted to treat myself and order a delivery from Gamestop for a giggle for my birthday. Three hours later, I had a new controller and Elden Ring. Try out the delivery!
