GameStop - 5353 - Auburn Supermall

I have had to use my warranty more times than I can count I have not had one Xbox controller without issues.

Horrible employee, asked for help with two items and employee couldn’t be bothered to look. Thanks for reminding me why I should just order from offline from anywhere but GameStop.

Decent selection of games and collectibles, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, I wish the store had better stock on newer titles, as some items seem to be frequently sold out. Overall, it's a solid spot for gamers but could use a bit of improvement on inventory.

Ordered an PlayStation 5 and a game before store opened, called store at opening, Justin answered right away. Having my daughter picking it up. Justin prosesed order right away. Verry pleasent experience. TY Justin.

I was costumer #1 in October for psa submissions They lost 3 of my Pokémon cards worth around 300$ . Never even shipped from the store it’s been 8 months and I finally got payed for the inconvenience .
