5 star service. Had a trade in with Angel. She took care of me from start to finish with excellent customer service. She has great attention to detail, and exemplifies great customer service. Felt at home with the GameStop team.

I see EXACTLY why they are going out of business!!! I bought a BRAND NEW controller 2 days ago for my son with the receipt & warranty. Long story short, I had to return it. He wasn't ready for it. Upon returning the controller they told me they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS... this controller wants even used, i just put batteries in it. They have been screwing consumers over left & right I'll never in my life as long as I live step foot in another game stop nor will I ever recommend one. Absolutely low and grimy retail. Learn from me... smh... wish I could Leave 0 stars.

I cant really recomend the online store and certainly not the same day delivery that they use uber drivers for, But I have to absoultly rave about the help I got fro Angel at this store. She helped me straighten out a problem I had with an online order and even found a used copy of the game for me at the store there so I didnt have to drive all the way to one of the Brandon stores. She was friendly and very helpful. This review would have been totally different if it werent for her.

The workers here are really great and always help answer my questions or find what I need. Anthony is an especially awesome guy who helped me find what I was looking for. He even helped connect me with the local gaming scene, which I really appreciate. Thanks y'all 🙏

Employees greet customers kindly enough, but any time you actually need them they’re hardly enthusiastic. I get this is a job, but I have felt discouraged from asking for help on anything. I never write reviews, but this abrasiveness has been consistent for all of my visits. I probably won’t be coming here again.
