Just left their midnight release for Pokémon Chaos Rising. Great time, wish I could of stayed to open packs, but had to get going. Staff were 10/10. Thanks for the great time. Hope they do more in the future for TCG releases. Will definitely go again!

They charged us 150$ for the pre order and when the time to pick it up came, they said they sold more preorders than they were getting stock and we would need to wait for another 3 weeks. Got a refund and DONT PRE ORDER HERE because you are NOT guaranteed the product

Store is supposed to open at 10am, arrived at 9:55 and waited until 10. Store was still not open. 10:15 rolls around and finally an employee shows up and now there’s a line at the door of people waiting. If operating hours are 10am, the store should open at 10am. Not over a half hour after you’re supposed to be open.

If could give negative stars i would. After not shopping at gamestop for almost year I will never shop there again now! A game my son wanted to buy needed ID so run home get ID and he gives me enough money to cover the game with a price tag of 28.99. Wait in line for probably 30 minutes for them to ring up and game is 42. Their explanation well sometimes we miss things I said well should get for the price tag on it could buy brand new for that price. So needless to say will never shop at gamestop again!

I attempted to make a return and after waiting in line for an hour, they have no record of the transaction. They would not refund my money and they didn’t have a replacement in stock. Useless customer service. I couldn’t even understand what the manager was saying because she was up talking and whispering to me.
