I've called 4 times and haven't been able to get anybody on the phone. Going in the store the people were incredibly helpful and friendly. Just need someone to answer the phone then it would be 5 stars

Got a roach infested ps4 pre owned about a year ago, swapped it for a xbox one series s white and it was broken in the corner of the faceplate and they sold it to me full price. Fast foward to today i traded the xbox for the ps5 and Edguardo helped me out tremendously! His customer service was also very good, glad they got rid of that old staff, and definitely shop with him if you get to💯

I didn’t catch the young lady’s name this morning, but she was absolutely amazing! My son has special needs, and she truly made his day by taking the time to answer all of his questions and helping him find exactly what he was looking for. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to us. We absolutely love this location and appreciate employees who go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Wow wow wow!!! What a HUGE improvement in the store and customer service! Arden and Rhi were amazing! My son and I came in so he could trade in some video games, the ladies were so helpful and explained everything to my son. The store was very clean and organized! Highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Never is open at the online or door sign time,it says open at 10 yet when I get there around 12 it's completely closed and are still shutters down.Which isn't the first time this has happened and it's the only game stop around the area so very inconvenient.
