GameStop - 5210 - West Ridge Plaza

Rude people for no reason and also bad items.

Still have the nostalgia of the midnight releases for big games. You'll always have great fond memories!

Kat was Very Helpful and explained everything that I needed to know thank you so much for your kindness

The place itself is very great and the staff is very knowledgeable except for when it comes to answering the phone. Usually if I call it’s a quick question about the website or hours- something a drive across town wouldn’t be necessary for but I have been inconvenienced too many times because no one answers the phone. I’ve called 4 times today alone and each time no answer.

The staff is always friendly every time i come into the store. The store is always well stocked and easy to navigate. However, you're better off going to a private owned video game store to trade in/sell games and systems because of how little they will give you. But, this isn't the employees fault. They're just doing their job 💁
