Dont pre-order pokemon from them, they tell you you'll get gamestop promo gift cards but then will only give out like 20 a day for the first two days of the new series release. And its funny how on pokemon's actual website it explains "The new Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, Mega Evolution-Chaos Rising, arrives soon, and you can celebrate with some cool promo cards featuring Ho-Oh, Keldeo, and Delphox. Starting May 22 2026-the day of the expansion's release- spend $15 or more on Pokémon TCG products at the following retailers and you'll receive one of these promo cards as a gift with purchase." Then goes on to explain the promos by saying quote: "You'll find the Ho-Oh promo card at: •Gamestop (US) •EB Games (Canada, Australia)" But then they proceed to tell us that its first come first serve. But then another gamestop said they give promo's to EVERYONE that press orders stuff. If you have a Pre-Order, youll get a promo. (As it should be, and as pokemon's website exclaims) So id much rather pre order through the website or the gamestop in the other town. Save yourself, and pre order through another gamestop.

Their service is terrible. No one should ever pre-order video games from them because they clearly don’t care and end up selling the copies anyway. It’s much better to just buy directly from the online store. Pre-ordering with them is nothing but a waste of time and money

Buy your trading cards somewhere else. I bought a Magic the Gathering Collectors Booster pack from them and the cards inside the box were swapped. WOTC customer service said it was not a manufacturer error to contact gamestop. I contacted the store and they told me there are no refunds on trading cards and to take it with the manufacturer.

The people there are friendly and helpful. Always give me great service. Same associates there for awhile now so they are very knowledgeable. The owner must take care of his employees well. They've never been rude to me or anyone I know. Very clean inside. Lots of selection and discounts /clearance. Ordering is easy and they always suggest ways to help me save money. Really really great store makes me wana go back to to shop for me or my kids. Thank you guys for great excellent service and experiences there. Keep it up 👍
