GameStop - 5128 - Mountain Square S/c

It’s a good experience when you go in to the store front. But these fools NEVER answer the phone, no way they are busy all day everyday son.

Awesome customer service. Great deals. Cool store. Everything was organized and clean.

Love the customer service! Called before I came in and Christian was a big help over the phone. When I came in to get the system I needed the customer service was still on point. Christian had to take a lunch so Shannon helped close out my purchase and she was also extremely helpful. Thanks for being consistent in every aspect of my experience.

My first time in this GameStop, and in any GameStop in months. Decided to stop by and see if they had Red Dead 2, and the two associates, I apologize I didn’t get their name were very helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help, like u said I haven’t been to a GameStop in months and just got bae all cards in Montclair, but todays experience, well I’ll be back soon! I even signed up due to how helpful and pleasurable the associates were! 5 starts is well deserved! Thanks again!

Manager Erin was incredibly helpful today. Even with two in the store this holiday season she is handling it! I didn't get the other employees name either but she is doing awesome as well! Holiday evening hours can be tough this time of year.
