GameStop - 5127 - Crossroads Shopping Center

The guy took 35 mins talking and ringing up one customer with a line FULL of customers. No apology for taking so long and having conversation. No urgency . Lost multiple customers walking out including me. Didn’t greet a single person who walked in or talk to anyone else. You guys let a ton of money walk out the door by me and many other people. As a GM of a store he has zero floor awareness. I can’t imagine the shrink during his shift. He didn’t look up from that one customer once. No eye contact of a single other person who came in the store. He should not be on your sales floor alone. He doesn’t know how to check someone out and be able to greet customers and watch his sales Floor. standing in a check out line for 40 mins without a word spoken to me is insane. I put my stuff back and went to a different company who valued my time and money. Either train your employees or add additional people on the floor. What a waste of 40 mins

I recently took some video games and some gaming systems in there that were my sons that have been in storage and had a wonderful experience. Did it take a while to go through everything but he went through everything and told me what he was able to take and what he wasn't. He also suggested a place to take some of the things that he wasn't able to take. Everything was great. I went home and he called me back and said I am so sorry. I completely forgot to pay you for the Wii. I would never have known and that's what I told him but I thanked him for being honest. I would definitely recommend patronizing this. Wonderful establishment!

Thur Feb 5th, 2026. Evening shift. Someone needs to talk to the one guy on counter that ALWAYS that is always rude to people not buying the "pro" membership. Everytime I purchase pokemon, he always has something slick too say. He does it in a arrogant and annoying way, and especially in front of other people. I hold my tongue a lot, but this guy is starting to irritate me everytime I run into him in the store. I do not care about saving a few dollars, that is my decision. Don't talk to me like i am dumb. If you get something for getting people to sign up, you won't get it the way you are talking to people. Super rude

This place is awesome they have so so many old 3ds and ds games that are cheaper. Like I saw mario maker for 5 bucks. Some popular ones like SMB DS are like 30. Anyways I'm so glad they care about retro old users because I was able to get a 3ds charger for me and my cousin and they are perfect so far. Thank you guys the workers were also so nice and interesting. Fun to just talk about the store and asked them about the games. Bye guys thank you! 😁. 😝🤘🏽

I came in today to grab a few promo cards they were giving away for free. But they refused to provide them unless I preorder a game. This was completely unprofessional and against the policy of the giveaway. I will never shop with GameStop again
