I went in to pick up the new Splatoon game. The employee, tongue-in-cheek, said, "Now, I need to warn you there is FANTASY VIOLENCE in this game. So watch out for that." I laughed. Thanks for looking out for me, sir. (I'm 40.)

Walked in tuesday night and bought a pre owned game. The business practice was pretty scummy. The guy added warranty to the purchase without asking, when I asked to remove it, he said he'll throw in a steelbook if I keep the warranty. Also tried to upsale me on the membership and then later mentioning its paid.

Went in needing help picking out a game for MYSELF for the switch. Being somebody that has not really played games since Super Mario Bros on the original Nintendo... I had no idea what I wanted or where to start. Shelby took his time asking me what kind of games I liked, gave his recommendations, explained the concept of the games, and made sure I left the store with something he felt I would truly enjoy. Not one time did he make me feel rushed or feel like he did not have the patience to help me. I most definitely had a good experience and will definitely be back for future purchases. This location like most game stop locations, very packed long lines and minimal staffing. Giving a 3 star as it is no different nor does it stand out from any other gaming stores.

Great experience at this location in particular. After the other day having gone to a different gamestop and getting a controller to find it didnt hold a charge or even turned on, I came to this location. Shelby was kind enough to test my new controller before a sell making sure I had quality as well as to set me up with a free account with a surprisingly affordable year warranty. Go Gamestop
