GameStop - 5105 - Battlefield Parkway Shops

If I could give this company a 0 start I most definitely would. The fact that their TCG prices are triple of msrp. I understand it might be harder to find products in the wild but taking advantage of people in this economy is plan WRONG! I’d advise you to look at Walmarts, dollor generals, dollor trees, and Walgreens and but the stuff at its retail value instead. Of getting up charged and paying triple what the item is worth!!! Shame on you game stop

I expect to be a little disappointed walking into a GameStop because well, it’s GameStop. But I believe this one has to be the worst one I’ve been to. The store was just like any other, neat, overpriced games, but the guy behind the counter(a heavy, los type build with a beard) was extremely rude and really made the overall experience just a hassle to even deal with. On top of being extremely rude and pushy, he kept making comments to his female co worker who seemed uncomfortable by how close he was to her. All and all, digital is always the best way to go. Sometimes lessons just have to be learned the hard way.

I really liked this Gamestop. Gianna was working and was very friendly, helpful and knew the product well! They have a lot of product here as well which is always nice.

Used game prices are a tad high but I understand why that is. They need to make their money too. But if you can find the game on ebay and wait you'd be better off but if you need it now then that works too

I experienced an issue where the point of sale system errored out and deducted funds from my trade-in card without activating the Steam gift card I was purchasing. The employee helping me that day did an excellent job trying to troubleshoot the problem but was ultimately unable to get the funds restored to my card. While the employee troubleshooted the issue, the manager, Brian FaceTimed me to apologize for the situation and assured me that he would work to resolve the issue if it could not be resolved that day. Brian ended up having to call and email several different departments, but ultimately was able to resolve the issue and get the funds added back. Overall not a fun experience having store credit go into limbo, but the way the manager and the employee handled the situation was fantastic. Certainly recommend this Gamestop location, they look after their customers.
