GameStop - 5088 - Roseville/Fairway Dr

We just tried to buy a Switch2 here and were told we'll get a free membership thing ($25), but the system charged us anyway. So we asked for a refund, and the system said they had no record of the sale... Poor guy on the floor was only a month in and completely alone. He had to call 3 other stores to find someone to help... Then we have to call customer service (of course, they were closed) to get the membership refunded.... Homeboy was amazing, but their system and practices are GARBAGE.

Staff was so knowledgeable and polite. Very friendly. Great with kids and helping with suggestions. Luv the Auburn ca location.

Best camp site in all of Roseville. Is there a pokemon drop? Don't show up an hour before. Camp out the night before to beat everyone who has 5 people to a chair but only 1 person in line.

Brock and Dallas are exceptional employees. Not a single other way to describe those two. Extremely informative, helpful and very personable. Amazing experience today! Thanks guys!

Passed by this GameStop location earlier this afternoon. This is My first time going to this location in Roseville. I came in to sell ten Video Game discs. I noticed two people were at the register and I was waiting in line. When I walked up to the register, the worker Sierra was really nice and kind. Out of the ten video game discs, only eight of them were accepted which means 80% of the video game discs were accepted and the two other video game discs were denied. The service was good. I received almost $16 for the refund. By the way most of the video games that I sold were purchased more than a decade ago, some of them 2012 and 2015.
