I went in the other day to trade a game in and get a game from everything I saw it went well until I got in the car and I saw that the employee ended up forcing me to get a warranty without asking me his name was Aaron if you go here make certain they are not scamming you.

I was never notified about a preorder I made and if they did call me. They never left me a voicemail telling me my order was ready to pickup. So by the time I knew the preorder came in. They had already sold the product that I prepaid for and at that point what’s even the point of preordering.

Every time I go to the store, I always have a good experience. Thomas and his team are very knowledgeable and always super friendly and knowledgeable on the release dates, especially on Pokémon cards. What an amazing team.!

I had a pre order at the GameStop closest to my house and that game stop closed so my pre order was routed to a different GameStop that was closed. I’ve been calling every GameStop around and no one can locate my pre order. I called this GameStop and the person that answered sounded lost. Kept telling me their pre order system wasn’t working and kept mentioning resident evil requiem which isn’t what I pre ordered and I don’t even play those games. This person did not help at all and I’ve tried calling corporate and other stores with zero help. My money is essentially gone and if you pre order something with GameStop, there is a chance you will also lose money or your pre order will be transferred to a store so far away you’ll have to ask if is even worth it. I will no longer shop with GameStop after this absolute fiasco.
