GameStop - 5023 - Turfway Retail Center

They havent been open for their posted hours in days. Beware if it says open. No warnings on the door. Doors closed at 12:45 on a Sunday. This has happened here many times.

Hours are very inaccurate. This place probably should close for good if they can't have accurate hours. Would not bother going here at all.

Every time we come to this store on Houston rd it's never open. Supposed to be open until 9p on Fridays and was closed by 6p (if not before). We then drove to the one on mall rd because it is usually open and it too was closed. THEN we thought we'd drive out to the one in ft Wright... and you guessed it... also closed.

Tried two gamestops in Florence, KY today. Showed up to this store at 6:36pm. The store hours say it’s open until 8pm but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a store look more closed. Locked down like Alcatraz. No wonder brick and mortar GameStops are closing left and right. Trying to support and they don’t even follow the hours. This happened a few weeks ago as well.

Stopped in to grab a controller, and the staff was very friendly from start to finish. The store is laid out, very clean with no clutter and they have Very fair pricing. The manager Nick was a great guy and helped me find a very cool custom controller.
