Fix your hours. I sat there past 12 o’clock and still no employee unlock the door. Nobody was in there 15 minutes after 12. at that point I had enough and said this is not worth it. I could not get into this place and I’m sure as hell not gonna look like I’m breaking into it either.

Love this GameStop! Employees are friendly and helpful, they usually make suggestions to help me out when I've got a controller issue or I'm buying cards.

Lady was rude. Came in with my autistic son and she asked why are you so happy in a rude tone, he said because he is going to get a new controller with the offer of trade one in get the same credit back. She said that he clearly didn’t read the fine print and that you only get 20 dollars in credit back. Worst experience ever…

Just went by to see the stock of pokemon cards. The gentleman there was super cool. His nametag said “Kit”. He helped us out and we didn’t even need to ask. Super cool guy. Thanks for your help!

Just bought the MTG Final Fantasy booster box at around noon yesterday, and after I get back from work, I'm just trying to relax and open my packs. A couple packs in, I come to find out they were resealed. All of them. Some had airbubbles,but all had a glue line down the middle and they all had opened corners and everything. Gamestop... I shouldn't have to worry about this when it's coming from you guys. I spent 230 and this is what you give me. Future buyers beware!!
