Waited in line for 10 years and after I bought the warranty, the lady notified me that she automatically signed me up for the pro membership, which cost $25 and auto renews every year until I cancel it. I did not ask for this. Now I have to figure out how to log into this dumb account and figure out how to cancel it

Second time I came in and nobody said a word, so I left without buying and won't be returning. The only time they'll talk is if they're selling you the credit card, protection plans or membership. I'll be supporting smaller business from now on, it's not racoon mario, it's Tanookie Mario

Apparently it's acceptable to buy the TCG out from Walmart across the lot to mark up here. Between that and not being given the preorder promotion multiple times we are done giving gamestop our business.

Best brick and mortar place for used video games and merchandise...the staff is awesome...can always find something new to play...love loading up on IP socks...t-shirts at usually on sale (on par with Walmart quality)...star wars merch always seem to be on sale or on the clearance table...usually wind up bringing something I don't really need home with me.
