Stay away from this store .. I went to trade a system in the guy didn’t even test it he just said” it has a small black mark on it .. it’s defective “ .then tried to super low ball me … WITHOUT EVEN TESTING THE SYSTEM… Defective means there’s something internally wrong and it’s not performing the way it was intended to … straight up sucker and should lose his job for trying to get over on people

I just left out of your store in union nj and was accused of switching out a controller I brought from this store 2 weeks ago.. the controller L2 button doesn’t work sometimes .. I was told yesterday when I called I wasn’t able to switch the controller then I called customer service they told I wasn’t able too.. I spoke to the store manager today he told me to bring in the said controller.. when I bought it to the store he had the audacity to tell me that’s not the same controller.. I felt horrible like why would I lie? I would never ever come back to game stop again.. this establishment will never get my business again.. thank you had a great day

Andres was super friendly and inviting from the second we walked into the store. He gave us recommendations as we were browsing for a party game. He even let us demo the game on his own switch which was a really fun and unique shopping experience. I will definitely be back to this GameStop specifically. Thanks Andres!

They told us to come back the next day to release pokemon cards because they couldn’t sell it to us on Friday which was yesterday so I came back the next day and waited 2 hours and 30 minutes only to find out that the employee sold the pokemon greninja boxes on that same Friday that I came, he didn’t even care, he was so nonchalant when me and my friend asked him because he told us both to come the next day which was today and basically wasted 2 hours and 30 minutes. For nothing. Bad customer service, definitely shady stuff going on, wouldn’t recommend coming here.
