Bought game from this store, it stopped installing after 18% I don’t care that you give people warranty on there games. You should not be selling games that don’t work, and the warranty they give you is nine dollars. Never come here

Great experience 4/17/26. Live in the sticks and we don’t often go to “town”, especially not GameStop as my most recent experiences have been spending decent money with a low energy person who just can’t be bothered to talk about a game and their energy level only seems to peak when they are trying to upsell me. The guys at this location were talking, hanging out and knowledgeable. They obviously have to upsell you because that’s the job. Best GameStop experience I’ve had in a long while.

I was not explained about membership.??? Just a deduction on my receipt 🧾. And a high interest on taxes for the purchase.?? Please talk to your customers or give an explanation of the process before just proceeding with purchase. Thank you. However, Brandon had good customer service and patience... But, fail to explain or offer me pro membership being added. Just went ahead and took matters into his own hands.

Brandon is awesome and very Informative. He helped me Purchase a refurbished Nintendo switch along with a bunch of games and accessories which helped make Christmas really special this year for my kids. He even put a screen protector on for me when the store was very busy. A++ service .

I bought this game. The GameStop told me it was a shelf copy they used for display and it’s brand new. Got home the dlc code said it was used. I contacted them asking them to correct it. The store manager told me that cyberpunk did not come out for five years which this is wrong. This is the ultimate PS five version that recently came out long ago. He’s very rude very nasty. His customer service is horrible mind you did. He does not know. I am a stockholder. I will be holding a phone call on Monday. to show the stores very unprofessional not everybody. The shops in the store is a thief. Some of us are on a shoppers like myself is a stockholder as well GameStop so it’s not hard for me to make a call and make a complaint I tried to work it out the proper way and not go over their head, but at this point, I don’t see any other options. I will not shop at the store. The store manager is horrible immature and honestly does not know customer service as a stockholder and customer of GameStop I feel very disrespected and like I was robbed for something I purchased with my money oh, for a code for a game I buy millions of games and dumb crap every day so a code means nothing. It’s the principal that I purchased a brand new game so if I purchased it, everything should work with it, but this I will make an issue giving fair warning to shoppers. Do not shop at this location. They are rude nasty disrespectful, the store manager and assistant manager needs to learn manners in customer service. I don’t know who hired this guy, but they need to get someone better to fit the job that has great customer service and actually wants to help the customer. The worst experience I ever experienced in GameStop from a disrespectful store manager and assistant manager.
