GameStop - 4903 - Homestead Towne Square

The guy in there with the black hair, Justin Bieber hair haircut and glasses thinks he’s better than everybody. He worked the shift at 10:51 am on Saturday August 1st. He laughed at me when I tried to return a game outside of the date. I understand it was out of the return date but he didn’t need to act so unprofessional.

Fantastic experience at this GameStop, Gabby and Rey were very friendly and eager to help. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave great recommendations based on the games and topics I like. They both are exceptional assets to this store. Definitely coming here from now on and avoiding Florida City...

Rey and Gabby really carry the store on their backs. Super kind and helpful. If youre ever at this store, get one of them to help and you will be more than satisfied

Sells me a ps5 and I said yes to having the warranty for it I called a weeks ago told me they couldn’t get me a new one I was like damn fine , I honestly don’t understand why I don’t have a warranty but whatever they told me they could see what the issue is I’ve called several days they don’t pick up the phone, it’s game stop I’m sure they are not busy, I work a fast paced restaurant and I still pick up the phone

The Senior Guest Advisor Chris is an amazing employee. He has helped me with all my inquiries through my time at the store and the employee Rey as well. Both employees are the principal of Customer Service! I will definitely keep coming to this Gamestop becuase of Chris and Rey!
