GameStop - 4894 - Burleson

Not coming back to this store the bigger lady with glasses has a very rude attitude. She kept telling me no about everything I mentioned to her. I asked her why the retro games were all put up and not on the shelves she said, “they are” and then after she went to get the game I bought I could see tons of games not being displayed. When I told her hey none of these games were out on shelves shes said, “no they are”. I told her no they arent, im not blind I could clearly see games there that werent being displayed. Then when I asked for a list of the games she said what console with attitude. I said all because I collect for all systems. She said we cant do that. Then I looked a the disc she brought out and as im looking at it she says oh I was going to show you , you didnt need to to do that, like lady im buying the game, what the hell is her problem. Seriously never coming back and she was musty and rude!

Always will be my best gamestop. Never fails me and my collection! Keep up being amazing

Employees are very friendly but this location has an odor the last two times I came by. It can be smelled throughout but strongest at the storefront interior

One the employees Britney helped me so much there definitely going back when I can

Staff isn’t rude but they are kind of dim and not particularly helpful.
