I visit this Game Stop frequently and always receive great customer service. I really appreciate the Store Manager, George. He helped me today with fixing my Xbox controller, when one of the joysticks was sticking. I have bought several game consoles at this location and will continue to do so. My brother also loves coming here to check out the new releases.

Would be helpful wit better signage as i wasnt expecting to pay 20 for a clearance shirt that said 5 bucks . With nothing stating only for pro members

I love the store, very cool, and you can find some deals in there, however, my only complaint would be one of the workers. I don't know the name, but he pushes and pushes memberships to GameStop. He doesn't like taking no for an answer and has gotten rude with me once before because I was not interested after telling him multiple times no. Then today in hopes of not seeing him, he was there again trying to push a sale. I asked him what they get out of it, he said nothing except that they get fired for not getting them while having a dramatic flair about it trying to guilt trip. Like I said good store, but don't appreciate the atmosphere of attitudes.

Sold me a pair of Beats on clearance. $92 no returns, battery depleted and unrechargeable. But we're talking about small earbuds with a power bank. I don't think this can get fixed. So anyone that buys these Beats they still have on the shelf I have a feeling wont work because they are too old. They are still on the shelf.
