GameStop - 4880 - Wayne Town Plaza

I bought a pre-owned Switch game from this specific store in Wooster. Game didn't work! Called ahead and girl stated I was within the 15 days to return game. It had been 14 days as unfortunately I didn't try to play the game until that day. Took the game in and after several minutes she stated there was nothing she could do. Mind you the case clearly states that it was tested! She said she couldn't get it through their system so I had to keep the game! I paid $48 for the game! I had never bought a pre-owned game from them before and I will never go there again! How can you lie to your customers and get away with it!?? Any suggestions on what I can do to get my money back? Better Business Bureau?

Very disrespectful. Girl thinks she’s a dude or something the way she acts like CHILL THIS IS GAMESTOP not prison where you look like you came from

The worker is rude and they refuse to answer simple questions. Worst gamestop i have ever been in. Will not return.

At this store specifically, the people are amazing and you can tell that have a passion for what they do. I always receive the best care and support from Kendra, Heather, J, and Rachel.

They had exactly what I needed in their used inventory. And the worker at the counter was very knowledgeable and helped exceedingly well. Will return in the future.
