GameStop - 4857 - Big Oaks Crossing

Pretty terrible customer service. The lady is super rude and the big is even worse.

Bought a game, drove 30 minutes away home opened the case and the employee didn’t even put the game in. No apology or anything!

Cool gamer atmosphere and different options on store credit and cash for your old phones or consoles so that's a plus also they have a variety to choose from when you need games for yourself or the kids😊

Daianera was helpful in my game selection, it was easy to trade in the games I had for the ones I wanted and when I mentioned it was a gift she helped with wrapping it so my husband waiting in the car wouldn’t see what I got!

This is by far the best GameStop I've ever been to. Suzanne and Theo were super friendly and personable. This was my first time meeting them, but I was treated like a friend! The store was clean, things were in stock. I walked out with everything I needed. 10/10 would come back and absolutely recommend to anyone needing to shop here!
