The Store employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about the video games.

The store canceled my online order for absolutely no reason. Won’t be giving them my business ever again. Sad.

Terrible customer service. Pre-ordered a card set, when I showed up to pick up the clerk wanted to charge me 200 dollars more than what the pre-order was for. Could care less and did not even want to listen when I tries to explain what the pre-order was. I guess everything I heard about this store is true.

We went in to buy a ps5 remote and the associate told us the refurbished were just as good and we would save some money. I was worried about a return policy and he said no worries, you can bring it back if it stops working. Two weeks later, the remote doesn’t hold a charge and only works while plugged in. Turns out that return policy is only ONE WEEK if it’s a dud. A remote they built. They clearly know they’re selling lesser quality and don’t want the responsibility when it fails shortly after purchase. We only saved 30 dollars from new. Don’t buy refurbished from here, with the lack of support we won’t go back at all.

Store basically stole my sons $70. They didn’t send the game that the store ordered online. I went to help them get their game and the manager seemed nice and helpful and got me on phone with cs who was not helpful. After waiting allotted days for refund and not receiving it we went back. They had game but would not give it to him but would sell it to us. We are not paying twice for a game. He then put me on the phone with cs who gave the same run around. We still have not received item or refund. We will be contacting BBB. Maybe police since it’s theft.
