Based on some of the other reviews this might be redundant, but just save yourself the hassle and order whatever it is you’re looking for from the internet. I tried to give these guys my business, but they couldn’t be bothered to unpack the thing I ordered (and had already paid for) over the course of a couple weeks. It’s not like I was there the day after it arrived, either. But the clincher was that they couldn’t even tell me WHEN they’d be able to give me the thing that I already paid for that had already arrived. I think I understand why so many of these stores have closed.

Pretty weird experience here. I went in to buy soccer and Pokémon cards. I grabbed a $35 soccer box off the shelf with no problem. Then the guy tells me the Pokémon cards are behind the counter. When I asked to see them, he wouldn’t hand them to me and said I could only look from far away. The price? $25. It just didn’t make any sense. You can grab more expensive stuff off the shelf, but not a $25 item behind the counter? Felt unnecessary and awkward. I won’t be coming back.

I can only speak on my expericance of course, and mine wasn't bad at all. My son and I both recieved Game Stop gift cards from my uncle for Christmas and we finally got out into the cold ro use em. Ended up going to 3 other locations before we got to this one because apparently they're all closing up. But luckily this one was open. I ended up giving my son my gift card so he could get something no matter what in case he wanted something a little more expensive. But he honestly had no problem finding a couple games he wanted and staying pretty close to his card limit. Lol he was happy for 2 new to him PS5 games, and I was happy I didn't have to drive to a 5th location. Lol staff was friendly and left us to browse unbothered aside from welcoming us initially. Only complaint I'd have is that the locations through Google didnt reflect the stores closing and next to zero in store stock or I could have saved time and gas just going to this location from the jump. Oh well, he got his games so I'm good.

The general manager - shocked - was rude to my 9 month pregnant wife, who's only offense was attempting to return a game the store sold me that does not work. Is it appropriate to tell customers "have the day you deserve"? --> teachable moment: no, it is not. Furthermore, if the return process tells us "return at the store," and that's what we attempt, I'm not sure any "disconnect" is our problem as we are only listening to what your company is telling us to do. Fortunately, games are not a necessary purchase. So long GameStop. Be better to others, kindness is free ❤️🙏👍
