GameStop - 4802 - Rocky Mount

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go-to gamestop, for sure!

They have games and equipment, but the clerk would not get off her phone to even acknowledge me. She was obviously more interested in flirting with the guy on speakerphone to even make eye contact with me, much less help me find what I’m looking for. I’m new to gaming and was initially encouraged to walk into a store and see another woman. Mistake. Might as well buy off of eBay.

Even though I didn’t buy anything this afternoon it was a gorgeous young lady that help me out I forgot to ask her for her name but when I was asking for another place she helped me out !

Shout out to Keegan(sp) who went above and beyond to help me with a hard to find item. He was willing to work with me and I sooooo appreciate it. It’s employees like him that keep me excited about gaming and makes me want to shop at GameStop before checking out other stores. GameStop, please take care of him, he’s awesome! :)

Anthony provided the best customer service Ive ever had. He was helpful and enthusiastic from start to finish. He let me use the phone to call about my game stop Credit card and was patient about it. Star quality employee who deserves a promotion and a raise!!! He gave me faith that customer service still exists.
