Worst customer service ever this type on rude costumer service is why gamestop isn't doing so great they sold me a broken console they do not care about the consumer an evil corporation that runs on selling broken merchantise to people who can barely get by and play games to decompress but no the dollar is worth more than the customer's happiness be better gamestop!!

Two employees do not how check files on ps5 trade in I was there twice today they told me it wouldn’t work he did nothing ours is brand new hardly used I am very disappointed I want speak there boss supervisor I never stop there game lost a customer girl don’t know crap both the system our work fine you telling me not connecting cuz you don’t want work hard an guy did nothing plugged it in an he didn’t even check I am very angry 😡😡😡 GameStop use be good when Conrad was there not the two employees didn’t even try I wanted them reported. We found out they did not take our ps5 out safe mode we fixed the issue they had the do not awnser phones call I wanted these two employee fired I am very angry how shitty there service is they do not know nothing about video games I could of swed them for trouble this is bunch of bull crap get rid of these two employee the girl doesn’t know nothing at GameStop she suffed up our controller an complains it didn’t want work I fixed the system get a life and real job 😡😡😡😡😡 learn awnser the phone They broke our ps5 it doesn’t allow you play game like it did either she broke it or th idoit guy I want speak to customer service I want the fired they do not know how handle wok or do there job I want them gone fo good
