Had a great experience. The two ladies who work there are awesome. Went above and beyond. Helped in every way and got me great deals. Made sure that I was satisfied and if wasn't, they would do anything to make sure I was before I left the store.

I had an amazing first experience at this GameStop. Stephanie went above and beyond to help me find a great deal on an Xbox, and the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. After I got home, I realized the cable I received wasn’t the correct one. Instead of making me drive all the way back to the store, Stephanie arranged to meet me at a convenient location nearby to swap it out, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service is hard to find. The staff also gave me great recommendations for future games and consoles. They made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. Thank you, Stephanie and the team—I’ll definitely be back!

My only complaint is the managers Auzzi and Stephanie aren’t tall enough to reach the things that are on the top shelf. Luckily I’m tall enough to get them myself. Whole staff here is amazing and friendly. Chahhhhls is very efficient with trades and is excited to do them every time unlike other gamestops where associates have attitudes like you’re bothering them when you come in with trade ins.

Just left this location and all of the employees were OUTSTANDING. When I walked in, the nice girl behind the counter greeted me "Whats up?" I then inquired about if they had any games for PCs. She politely informed me that the PC games are actually purchased online, on the PC, and that theres no physical copy. I felt a little silly, but Auzzi was very polite and went above and beyond to make conversation and inform her customers about their products and services. I will definitely be back to this establishment!

4/6/26 11:00 am. Just left with my 11 year old son who was excited to spend birthday money. We were not greeted upon arrival. When I approached the counter, I said good morning to the young lady (didn’t get her name) . She responded , What’s up? . I again said Good morning. She responded with Hey, what’s up? I inquired if they had games for PCs. She responded in a very condescending manner “it’s on the PC.”. I just looked at her and told my son to come on, we were leaving. She then attempted to correct herself. This was in deed a missed opportunity to educate my son and I on the different avenues we could get games. In addition, someone needs to provide training on customer service. I explained to my son that he should never spend his money at an establishment that fails to greet him at minimum. We are currently at Best Buy across the street . Several employees greeted us and provided education about Stream, Game Pass, and Xbox. They inquired what games my son liked and provided EXCELLENT customer service. We are currently purchasing headphones and a Microsoft gift card.
