Absolutely outstanding customer service! The General manger above and beyond with amazing employees supporting the team. I have seen the worst kind of grown men acting like small children over pokemon cards, the professionalism and way the transactions are handled are beyond amazing. This location is my go to location. It is out of the way and I pass many other game stops just to come spend money here so the employees stay employed. I can't say enough great things and thought I never would about a game stop but this location this general manager and his team are what makes this store great! I will be back again and again

I stopped at this location while visiting Fredericksburg. The staff was friendly and they had many things that I enjoy from Transformers to video games to Halo helmets they had exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Gamestop for keeping Some of your Brick and mortarlocations open.

I want to express how happy I was to be served by Jeremy. I immediately sensed how eager he was to help with my questions about my 360 Slim, specifically troubleshooting and learning how to repair it. Thanks to him, you have another loyal customer.

Update. We have found out that Fed Ex driver stole all of the shipment including our cards. Game stop customer service only issued us a fraction of our worth back. Would stay away!!! We submitted cards for grading nov 18 and it's been 4 months and looks like my orders not coming back. Do what you want but I wouldn't trust them with your valuable cards.
