Staff is awesome. By far the best gamestop I've been to.

The service was great, I found everything I needed. ALTHOUGH, THE SMELL INSIDE OF THIS GAMESTOP IS GENUINELY RANCID. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN THERE BUT HOLY CRAP.

Great selection of used video games. Customer service is always lacking. They’re always too busy helping all the male adults. Second time walking in here, even though I didn’t want to, and same thing happened again.

Jane, you're a life saver!!! Thank you so much for helping me find an adapter that almost every other gaming store was out of. I appreciate your attention to detail, compassion, and determination to track down this part for my retro system. We need more people like you!!!

Had a great Pokemon TCG Release experience. Our wait time for the store to open was met with even greater excitement. The two employees (Andrea & Jane) were heaven sent. All of me and my partners wants were met. Superior customer service building skills. I’m definitely coming back here from now on. I definitely felt their enthusiasm for their job by their knowledge and overall actions. Thank you again, Andrea & Jane!!!
