I wish I had confirmed the name of the gentleman that assisted me but my receipt says Benjamin so I'm hoping that's correct. We have shopped at this specific store for years. We have a pro account in my husbands name and have always had no issues. Today I came in trying to find a switch game that our son, who is autistic and can't yet read, can play and had a few needs around game level etc. He was so helpful. He made his top recommendation, which ended up working out perfectly once I arrived home (my son loved it and can play it) but while checking me out stated he will go home and do more research so next time I come in he can give me recommendations. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness and kindness to not only help in the moment but to be willing to go that extra mile in his own time to help.

Had to sit on this one for a few days. I want to start by saying that I absolutely adore the normal crew. I decided to pop in this last thursday and met Stephanie and wow. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. She talks to you like she knows more than you about anything. She carries an extremely condescending tone and seems to do so with everyone that walks through the door. I tried calling ahead of time before i went in, and had to call 6 times before she finally answered the phone and when she finally answered it was like it was the biggest inconvenience to her. And once I made it to the store I was fortunate enough to witness her ignoring the phones first hand. She will constantly interrupt you if you're trying to explain what you need. It doesn't matter how many people are in the store, she won't help anyone until she's ready. Whatever is happening behind the counter is going to be a priority so it seems. This has been my go to gamestop for a while now and i always have great experiences. If she is a permanent new addition to the store, I might have to start going elsewhere. I really hope that isn't the case.

Normally 5* but this week only a 3* experience Was in the other day to pick up couple things. I love this store. It’s busy, very chill though; customers chat it up and normally a great experience. If you need help, Kenyon is always very helpful and knowledgeable; but there was a new lady working in there Friday. Don’t know her name, but kinda pushy, threw the vibe off. Not really a fan. Hopefully just a one time thing.

I will preface this by saying Kenyon is a stellar employee and this review is in no way a reflection of his service. However, I went in today to purchase some items and there was a new employee there named STEPHANIE. The way she spoke to Kenyon was so rude and condescending! She had a very demeaning ‘miss know it all’ tone for someone that is seemingly new to the location. There is a way to communicate tasks in a respectful manner and I believe STEPHANIE severely lacks customer service and leadership skills. I was appalled that I as a customer was subjected to hear that tone and see the mistreatment. I have never had an issue out of this location so this rating is more about this new employee rather than the store. I hope she never comes back to this location whoever she thinks she is.

I decided to go to GameStop today to buy Battlefield 6 as a pro member I saw that a new copy was on sale. Sarah at the front desk of the GameStop after I requested a new copy of the game told me after looking for a short while they had none in stock, even though their website said they had two she then told me she was gonna charge me full price as if it was a new game even though it wasn’t sealed and the disk itself had scratches on it when I discussed my issues with the manager at the GameStop he refused to give me a used price, even though the disc was damaged. The least he could’ve done was charge me for a used copy because the disc was already damaged. He claimed it was a hair. It wasn’t a hair and I vocally told him that it wasn’t a hair. I have picture taken below. Sarah was very rude and Off putting going because I was trying to find the correct dollar amount stated on the website. She became increasingly more motivated to tell me rudely that I should go to GameStops bell location if I wanted an actual new copy of the game. I think the general manager of this location needs to give these employees a rundown on proper customer service. Because I should not have been charged full new price for a display copy of the game not sealed and a scratched disk.
