GameStop - 4712 - Aviation Plaza

I went today to buy some games but used ones because they were discounted and it’s just a lower price. The games were in really really good condition and I’m happy with them I bought Mario maker 2, jamboree, and 3d world only jamboree was brand new but the other 2 were in really good condition. Service was very fast and the employee as cashier gave me a free membership and was very kind. They also had all types of game i will come again.

Stopped by because we were in the area for the 1st time. I was surprised on how big and clean the store was. We'll stocked shelves of video games and figures. Employee was nice and super friendly. If your in the area I highly recommend checking this gamestop out.

I visited the store to purchase a PlayStation 5 for my nephew before it closed at 9pm, it was 8:45 PM. The door was locked, gate was down and the employee informed me that the store had closed. He stated that he is not compensated adequately to remain late. Is this the level of customer service that is provided when individuals are spending money at your establishment? Never coming back here again !!!!

Every time I come to this particular GameStop, they always have some other thing that wasn’t mentioned on the website I tried to sell my PlayStation five the store opened at 10 o’clock. I was there at 10:30 and the guy tells me that I have to come back at 1 o’clock because he doesn’t have anybody here to test the system. I said you’re here he said yeah but if I gotta test the system and customers are coming in and out I can’t you know do two things at once I said nobody’s here and there’s literally nobody here right now it’s 1030 and nobody’s here so pretty much he told me that I could come back at 1 o’clock or go to another GameStop I’m tired of GameStop all around. I’ll be happy when you guys just close your doors! And I’ve been a long time GameStop fan before they even called GameStop. I think they were called electronics boutique EB games. I think I’m honestly done with them after today.

I came here yesterday after not playing video games for probably 10 years. I wanted to invest in a switch and had several questions and the employee was SO nice!! I wish I got his name because I had such a great experience. He helped me pick out games and controllers and did not make me feel embarrassed for having so many questions. I'm so grateful and felt so taken care of. He even helped me set up subscriptions and made sure I saved the most money I could by finding great pre-owned options!
