GameStop - 4695 - Northampton Crossings

Pay for a membership so I can get the 5$ off coupon every month and earn points when I buy cards… well all of a sudden the 5$ off doesn’t work on cards anymore GameStop is ripping people off who paid for a membership for this purpose now my membership is useless cause I only buy cards from there

I just witnessed this. Costumer pay for a membership for a one reason and they changed the rules and he can not take advantage of the benefits he pay for. They Denied the refund of the membership plus one employee call him a idiot as soon as he walked out of the store with clients present in the store. GameStop day are coming to a end.

Great place, lots of new and classic games options.

The employee who helped me was ok. Polite and helpful. However, mark up on Pokémon cards are outrageous. I have 3 kids who like to actually play the card game and with the rotation changes we had to upgrade a lot of our played cards. Charging 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x above MSRP, should be illegal. Nintendo, Game Freak, and Pokémon really need to get rid of this non sense across all retailers and strip their privileges of selling. It’s crazy how I can stand in line next door at Sam’s Club and get things UNDER MSRP. Cancelled my GameStop credit card and my pro membership. Ya’ll deserve to be closing down. So much for giving “Power to the Players”.

Love this GameStop! The employees let me do my thing and look around the store and when I needed help someone was right there to answer my questions. Best GameStop around IMO!
