GameStop - 4688 - Smoketown Station

I had a very disappointing experience with the Manager at this GameStop. The way I was treated was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in a Management position. Instead of trying to understand the situation or help resolve the issue, the Manager was dismissive and made the experience even more frustrating. I expect better customer service, especially from a Manager who should be setting the example for the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will think twice before returning to this location. GameStop should seriously address the way customers are being treated by Management at this store.

People like Brandon need to have better call etiquette over the phone. . Act like you are happy talking to customer , as you would in person. Wouldn’t even want to shop there if it’s more people like him. Just strange vibe in my experience

JT was the best! Called ahead to ask about an Xbox Series S, got JT, immediately hooked me up with what I needed over the phone. Went into store to pick up, everything was ready to go. Got an excellent deal and purchased the insurance like he recommended, couldn't be happier. 11/10 on the customer service! Highly recommend this location!

This store has by far the rudest staff of any Gamestop I have ever visited. I worked for the company for 7 years, and this type of customer service would have never been permitted. Heaven forbid you ask a question about their products or attempt to be nice. Just get completely ignored and treated like crap. Last time I will shop here. I will happily spend my hard earned money at any other location in the area.

I stopped by yesterday and had an amazing experience. The staff are genuinely easy to talk to and clearly know their stuff when it comes to video games and TCGs. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t pressure me to sign up for Pro, which was a refreshing change from other stores. I understand it helps their metrics, but it’s just not something I’m interested in right now. Overall, a great vibe and knowledgeable team. I’ll definitely be back.
