La gente dice que esta tienda tiene una excelente selección de tarjetas deportivas. Otras personas dicen que el personal puede ser poco servicial y que a veces insisten demasiado en la compra de membresías.

Dan and Dante were a huge help today. Both team members displayed thorough knowledge of the Gaming Industry by answering all of my many questions.

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at GameStop during the 4 for $10 sale. Over multiple visits, I purchased several games, only to find that four different games did not work when I got home. The discs were clearly scratched, which makes me question whether the games are actually being tested or even properly inspected before being sold. These were not minor cosmetic scratches—they were in a condition that should never have been sold to customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was how the issue was handled. When I returned to exchange the defective games, I was only offered a refund of $2.50 per game rather than being allowed to exchange them for other games of the same value. Since the promotion was 4 games for $10 on titles priced $4.99 and under, this felt extremely unfair. We purchased the games as part of a sale and simply wanted working replacements, not partial refunds. We made multiple trips to the store attempting to resolve the issue while the promotion was active, but were unable to get a reasonable solution. We even contacted corporate and suggested that replacement copies be sent from their warehouse, or that we be allowed to exchange for other games of the same price range. We were not asking for anything extra—just working copies of the games we had purchased or equivalent replacements. Corporate ultimately sided with the store, stating that because the sale had ended, they would only honor the refund value. To make matters worse, the employees we dealt with were not particularly helpful or apologetic. There seemed to be very little concern that multiple defective products had been sold, and we left feeling like nobody cared about resolving the issue. Selling four defective games and then refusing to provide equivalent replacements is not acceptable customer service. I have always enjoyed shopping at GameStop, but this experience has left me very disappointed.

Tried to trade in the GameCube controller for the Nintendo Switch. Guy working goes to his testing machine or whatever and comes back with a value way lower than it should be. Showed him on their website that there was a mistake, that he had looked up the wrong item. Guy gets an attitude with me. I get that honest mistakes happen, but don’t double down when it’s pointed out. Then you’re just ripping people off.

Helpful and informative staff. Very attentive. Pleasurable experience for someone like myself getting back into gaming. Harry was very knowledgeable about the products and had answers for everything I needed.

Terrible will never go back. The guy who worked there wouldn't take no to signing up. When someone tells you No twice drop it! I shouldn't have to repeat myself numerous times and raise my voice. Let me pay and leave
