Staff that worked 6-17-26 around closing was so rude and unprofessional. Drove an hour to get a game set aside for me to tell me it’s not there. Show up today after calling the store shortly after open to a sign on the door saying the location is temporarily closed and now there’s nothing I can do to contact anybody to get my game

They are selling lots of trading cards at an affordable price. My kid was looking forward to visit this store every time. But, unfortunately this time, he had a bad experience. The soccer card pack he bought was badly torn on the side. My kid didn't notice it when he bought at the register, but I noticed it just after he came out from the store and he asked to change it another one. Therefore the store staff refused it because he didn't have a proof. I'm wondering if the store has a proof that it wasn't torn? I know there might be some bad people. If the store raise that they don't accept to refund or change even if their items have a issue, they should check the condition of their items at checkout. I was disappointed that they made my kid feel sad.

This store has a "no food and drink" policy - despite being located adjacent to the Food Court. I entered with what looked like a drink - in actually an empty container of pretzels from Auntie Anne's. Understandably, the employees reminded me that there is no food and drink. I showed them that it's empty and said I simply hadn't passed a garbage can yet. They still insisted, quite rudely and UN-reasonably, that I leave. So, a company on the verge of bankruptcy loses 120$ in sales because the employees cant understand that a container is empty and choose to be extremely rude and unprofessional. FWIW, every time I've been in here for the past 10-12 months the employees have always been dismissive and rude, but never enough to prompt me to write a bad review (and it's never been the same employees twice). AVOID this place.

Don’t come here they’re scammers. So I walk in here I asked for the switch 2 Version of a game she gives me switch one version Without showing me even though I brought Of the switch 2 case of the game. She didn’t use my five dollar coupon towards my game but towards Protective coverage which that conversation never even happen. The fact that she put that on there Without telling me is Terrible. What I can see online, it seems that everyone agrees the service here sucks And the fact that corporate doesn’t Want to do anything about it is a shame.

We stopped by this GameStop to sell my daughter’s older Nintendo Switch Lites, and the whole process ended up being really smooth. The store had a fun, welcoming feel, and it was easy to navigate without feeling overwhelmed. We sold her two Switches, and everything went exactly how we needed it to — no issues, no confusion. The staff were friendly, helpful, and walked us through the entire process, which made it feel easy and comfortable. What made it even better was seeing my baby walk out happy — she made her money and ended up buying roller skates afterwards ❤️ everyone left smiling. Overall, a really positive experience.
