GameStop - 4614 - Memorial City Mall

Hands down the worst GameStop I’ve ever experienced. First of all don’t bother trying to call and get ahold of anyone on the phone I spent a day calling all throughout different times he doesn’t answer. Then when I sent my girlfriend the confirmation number for my order he wouldn’t give it to her because she doesn’t have my ID… I was on the phone sick at home and because I wasn’t there I couldn’t get my Xbox dude sucks this store suck last time I work with GameStop at all

Help was given once we walked through the door greeted talk to us about different consoles. Very helpful.

My worst GameStop visit & my last.. The worker named Sean was very unprofessional during my visit. I can hear his conversations clearly as he uses vulgar language in front of children. Found thumb grip protectors at $11.99 but when rang up they scanned for $16.99. He was oblivious to the mischarge until I pointed it out. When I asked if there was a manager around to honor the price I found it with the sticker price , he immediately said no. Then he explained that they’re going through price changes & currently changing the prices but they just had a bunch of tags behind the counter. The main point of my visit was to buy a NEW GAME. When handed the game he hands me an unsealed game & claims it NEW. But that’s not how NEW works. If it’s NOT sealed then it is NOT NEW.

Sean was very helpful and nice to my son , did something he definitely didn’t have to do but it made my sons day!

While the atmosphere was great and it had a great selection of items, one employee named Hector ruins the vibe. While purchasing, he asked if I wanted to buy some items and he listed the prices. While I would’ve loved to buy something and place the order I told him I would need to think about it. He retorted with “let’s be honest, saying you’re gonna think about is the new no. Just keep it real.” Disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I wasn’t the only person who shared these concerns as many people were leaving due to Hector’s unacceptable attitude.
