Scalping cards, and didn’t record my preorder…now I’m out over $300 and they can’t figure out what happened. Hopefully I can find my receipt to prove I pre-ordered product. Don’t ever get rid of your receipts from this locations!

Needs new staff ASAP. My friend, who had never been to GameStop was so excited to go in and get a few figurines. We went in, and she had no idea that you can't go through the area that is apparently "only for the employees." This man, who is one of the cashiers, completely embarrassed her. He was yelling at her in front of the whole store in such a passive aggressive way, it was annoying. My friend was so embarrassed, but she wanted a figurine, and she asked me to pay for her, giving me her money. Of course I did, and when I said I didn't have enough money for the "Children's association" she looked at me like i was crazy. Yes I did have money, but I wasn't using mine, I was using my friends money. I was 60 cents off, and I only had 5 dollars. I asked her if they gave cash back, like, if they give the cash back to their customers, (change) and she looked at me like I was stupid. I was beyond embarrassed because there were people watching me nearby. She said, "Do you mean change?" And I said yes. I felt like the dumbest person alive. And then, the craziest part, she didn't give me my 4 dollars back. I got two. Most disappointing experience ever. Yall need to fire them and get new staff to fix this shit up because the customer service is trash.

I have tried for the last 30 minutes to get ahold of any of of the gamestops in my area on the phone but apparently all three stores are having a get together and they are ignoring any and ALL phone calls. Answer your phones. What is the deal? I understand being with a customer but to repeatedly ignore a phone call and not answer to even tell someone what’s going on over the course of half an hour is extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention ridiculous. There is ZERO reason why this should happen ever. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade so I know how it goes. Absolutely no excuse or reason. It’s because of stuff like this that GameStop won’t be a thing in the next 5 years. Care more about your customers instead of making quick profit. Why do you think people are going elsewhere for business? Why come to a business that can’t even answer their phones to answer a question?

Great GameStop, I just stopped by to check some stuff out, and even though I didn’t get anything, I had a great time and this is one of the best stores inside of the capitol mall in Olympia.
